Your first session is a chance for us to get to know you—what is bringing you to therapy, what you are hoping to work on, and what is important to you. We will also answer any questions you have and begin creating a plan that feels aligned with your goals.

Sessions are typically 45 to 50 minutes long. Most clients start with weekly sessions, but we will collaborate to find a rhythm that works best for you.

We are an out-of-network practice, but we provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement, depending on your plan. We are happy to guide you through the process.

Aliza Tropper’s fee is $275 per weekly session. Rates for associate therapists range from $175 to $200, depending on experience and availability.
