Aliza Tropper, LMHC, LPC
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
I work with adults, young adults, and teens who feel stuck, whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions like dating, college, or career decisions. My ideal clients are ready to create a more meaningful life but feel unsure how to move forward. Using CBT, EMDR, DBT, parts work, sensorimotor (somatic) and experiential therapies, I help them break free from limiting patterns and find new ways of living and relating that feel more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with who they are.
