Founder & Director

Aliza is a psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience helping people break through what’s holding them back so they can live more meaningful, value-driven lives. With a deep, heart-centered approach that is both practical and insightful, she creates a space where real transformation happens.

She earned her master’s degree from CUNY College and is trained in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, CBT, and DBT. Her diverse clinical experience, working with various populations and in a range of settings, has shaped her adaptable, holistic approach. She blends evidence-based techniques with deep wisdom and genuine human connection.

Aliza’s passion for psychology started young. She was always fascinated by human behavior, constantly observing and trying to understand what makes people tick. More than that, she was a natural helper, always stepping in for those in need. She even traveled across the country to support underprivileged children, further deepening her calling to be a healer.

Aliza believes that healing is both deep and practical. She doesn’t just focus on surface-level solutions; she helps uncover the core blocks keeping you stuck, guiding you toward meaningful, long-lasting change. With warmth, clarity, and a down-to-earth style, she empowers her clients to build resilience, align with their values, and step into their fullest potential.

Beyond her work, Aliza is a mom, a coffee lover, and someone who appreciates the beauty in everyday moments. She has a deep love for aesthetic design, shopping, and exploring cities. She’s also an avid reader, drawn to nonfiction books on a wide range of intellectual topics, including psychology, spirituality, personality, and astrology.

And if you ever find yourself at her desk, you’ll likely see a cup of coffee, an astrology book, and a salad packed with all sorts of interesting vegetables and crunchy toppings.

Because at the end of the day, therapy isn’t just about overcoming struggles; it’s about creating a life that truly feels like yours.
